When you visit a restaurant, you try to pick up the food that you like, but because you don’t know what the food is, you think something is wrong with it. And then you wonder why.
So if you dont know what the food is, you could easily fall into that trap and end up eating something that is not what you actually like. For instance, if you are eating a pizza, and a friend tells you to go to the Taco Bell, you might end up eating that exact same pizza, and thats because you liked the Taco Bell’s pizza and you didnt like those other pizzas.

They can’t control the anxiety and sadness that comes with eating a normal meal, but they can control the way they eat at other meals. The difference is, there is often a lot more going on in BED than just the hunger and sadness, which can be extremely hard to control.
